Expat homes helped us find and rent a home in Chiang Mai that met our needs. They also have a maintenance crew and have a several contractors that they can recommend to paint and fix the house when you want to change something. They are also able to work with the homeowner on your behalf when repairs and improvements are needed and can often get permission to make changes to the property. My family is very happy with Expat Homes services.

We have been very pleased with our interactions with every staff member at Expat Homes. They communicate respectfully and thoroughly and always reply to our messages promptly. Mim, Tata, and Matt do an excellent job helping tenants and landlords communicate effectively. They are always on top of our annual renewal and provide us with all of the legal documentation. They also do an excellent job fixing anything that's broken in our house. When issues have arisen, Matt has taking the time to communicate with us directly and even come investigate issues himself on site. We've been very thankful for their assistance.

Would highly Recommend Expat homes as a service to find the perfect family home. Matt made the process smooth and easy and was very accommodating- understanding the difficulties of moving abroad with young children. Matt collected me from our temporary accommodation and gave valuable information to help us feel more settled in Chiang Mai. Barney and Expat Homes really did a great job in helping us find a place in Chiang Mai. We were shown houses several times but were not seeing what we wanted. There was no pressure to choose quickly or from what was already shown. They were able to decipher what we wanted to find a great place for us. In addition it was super helpful having Barney advocating on our behalf with the landlord and to ensure that the home was ready for us to move in. Lastly, two weeks after we moved in there was a serious water problem at our home and the landlord was unavailable. Barney and the team at Expat Homes sent their own maintenance crew the very next day to fix the issue and make sure our family was taken care of even after our business with them was complete. We strongly recommend their service and look forward to working with them again as needed. Cheers.
