For an annual fee of ฿5,000 you can upgrade to be an "Expat Homes Client" in our maintenance program. Please contact us about upgrading.

While we do not have any in-house AC technicians, we do have several contractors we are happy to recommend to you. We encourage you to contact them directly.

If your AC is not performing well (i.e. blowing warm air, barely blowing air, leaking inside the house) and was last professionally cleaned & serviced more than 6 months ago, we recommend hiring a professional company (listed below) to come and service/clean it. ACs should be serviced & cleaned annually. The cost of servicing & cleaning ACs is usually around ฿500 per unit depending on size, etc. Please see our list of recommended contractors below.

If you have an active lease with Expat Homes and the contractor discovers an issue while cleaning your AC that needs to be fixed please contact Expat Homes staff right away so we can get the homeowner involved before any additional work is completed.
