Job Description

Objective
To guide and support renters, landlords, buyers, and sellers throughout every step of the housing process in Chiang Mai, serving as a trusted bridge between Thai homeowners and foreign clients.

Role Overview
As a Client Liaison Specialist, you will be a key part of the Expat Homes team. Your role includes responding to rental and purchase inquiries, searching for suitable properties, coordinating viewings, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing support. You will act as a cultural and communication bridge between Thai homeowners and foreign clients to ensure excellent service and smooth transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to home search requests submitted via our website and internal forms
  • Match customers with appropriate housing options using our property database
  • Communicate professionally with foreign clients via email, Line, Facebook, phone, etc.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential renters or buyers
  • Facilitate communication and negotiations between clients and property owners
  • Translate and assist in the drafting and signing of rental or sale agreements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for post-move-in service requests
  • Support marketing efforts, including property listings and client outreach

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Polite, respectful, and presentable in appearance and manner
  • High cultural awareness of Western expectations and communication styles
  • Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) to liaise with property owners and vendors
  • Competent with online communication tools (Line, email, Facebook, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and real estate software
  • Valid Thai driver’s license and ability to drive a car to show clients to properties

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with occasional evening or weekend availability
